On one trip, my flights were cancelled at 2am on the morning of departure. Not only did agent Elizabeth text immediately in the middle of the night, but she had us on the last available seats on the next available flight. We were delayed, but we didn’t miss a single day of the trip thanks to her incredible professionalism.

All of my travel is only booked through them, I wouldn’t dream of traveling without having them in my corner when I’m out adventuring the world.

We have worked with Elizabeth McEachron from Avant-Guard Travel on numerous trips over the last few years. Her services have consistently exceeded our expectations.
Last year we embarked on our first international cruise, and Elizabeth handled all the communications with the cruise, managing travel arrangements for multiple parties from different locations in order to minimize wait time, as well as some incredible excursions both pre-post cruise. She provide an in-depth itinerary prior to our departure, making sure we had access to all important contact information. In addition, she was available throughout the cruise in case any issues arose ( though there were none due to her outstanding organization prior to the event).
More recently, we visited Hawaii for the first time and Elizabeth tailored the two week event to maximize the experience for our particular interests, working within our budget concerns. She recommended multiple excursions, many of which we did. All were fabulous! She handled all the travels car rentals and excursions perfectly as well as handling any issues we had promptly. We are using her expertise on all our upcoming travels. We highly recommend her services.

My husband and I used Elizabeth McEachron at Avant-Garde Travel for our trip to Maui, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. She was very professional and empathetic to my needs as a wheelchair user, from booking the rights seats on the plane to making sure the room and bathroom were accessible to my needs, every detail was covered.
The resort was also accessible and breathtakingly beautiful. I’d recommend using her to anyone with or without special needs.

Elizabeth/Avant Garde did a marvelous job in trip pre-planning and co-ordination. Choosing the appropriate tours and outings. The hotels were great and at centralized locations. Monitored our progress throughout the vacation-confirming tours, etc. Last, but not least, post-trip discussions regarding what worked best for future vacation. Avant Garde/Elizabeth planned our Greek Cruise this fall and a future European River Cruise next summer. I recommend them 100%.
