Lisa Fisher did an amazing job helping us to plan a trip to Europe for our big anniversary. She researched several options and helped us imagine, select and plan every aspect of the trip. Lisa was very responsive throughout the process, including when we were on our vacation. A tour was unexpectedly canceled while we were on the trip, and Lisa responded immediately to find a new tour to replace the one that was canceled. Overall, Lisa was an incredible resource and helped to make our trip very special.

Lisa was fantastic to work with; from planning the initial stages of the trip to dealing with issues that arose during the trip. She helped find us a large place (8 adults) in downtown London, not an easy feat. We had a couple who had flight cancellations which led to needing adjustment in transportation during middle of the night in USA which she handled. We had some issues with our place and she helped handle that with many communications back to the property owners. She arranged two day tours/trips to the countryside which were great. She counselled us on other day excursions to do/not do which was very helpful. She is an expert and dedicated to help make your trip amazing.

Our travel agent Lisa Fisher was very helpful in booking our Uniworld cruise in Europe. We had a flight delay and missed our shuttle time and she was able to connect us with a Uniworld representative to make alternate plans. She was also able to get us extra on board credit. We had a very good experience with her. I highly recommend this travel agency.

Lisa Fisher did an amazing job of planning our trip to London and Paris for our 25th wedding anniversary. Lisa provided a wealth of information and research to help us choose a trip and destination. Once we decided on Europe, Lisa worked hard to make sure we got the trip we wanted, within our budget, but without sacrificing quality. While we were on the trip, she was available to handle a last-minute tour cancellation and get us rebooked. We had a great experience from start to finish. Absolutely would do it again!

Lisa is a great listener and really tries to understand our interests so she can make recommendations that align with our objectives for the trip. She knows when we want to be doing activities and when we want to just chill. She sends recs throughout the process so we can gauge if there’s interesting things along the way we didn’t even know about. She made each of our stays (4 days ea in Porto, Lisbon and the Algavre) special by calling ahead and letting them know of the dual celebration we were having. The hotels only got better and each one’s level of service met my standards (which is higher, having been in the hotel industry for years). The guides were all timely, knowledgeable and hospitable. The drivers were always on time, walked us in when needed and also gave addtl helpful tips. We enjoyed every minute of our 12 day trip. Lisa had planned our Spain trip three years ago and this was right up there in being so special! We recommend Lisa to anyone we know!
