Gwen planned our honey moon 17 years ago and we have been using her ever since. Since we booked our trip, we had multiple people tell us how boring river cruises can be. We went on our trip with a great deal of apprehension and we were blown away. Our trip was fantastic, the boat wasn’t crowded, the activities were anything but boring and everyone on our trip aged 74 to 9 years old was very happy. We saw amazing sites, did excursions that were much more enjoyable than the average waking tour and we were exhausted by the end of every day. If anything, we needed a vacation after our vacation. My husband and I were planning a cruise for our 50th anniversary. I called Gwen. She listened to everything I wanted, and everything I did not want. She requested I give her 24 hours and she would make my dreams come true. Boy did she ever deliver. After her research she suggested a Norwegian Bliss, Panama Canal cruise in the Haven. Gwen has been our TA for over twenty years and we have never experienced a travel services provider problem that she could not, and did not, get resolved. Things go wrong with the best laid plans and Gwen has the magic touch of calmly getting a speedy resolution. From getting an airline management rep on the phone withe a consul of the country to fix a visa issue, to taking personal financial responsibility for a failure of a ground services company (as she did this trip), nothing is too big or small issue for her to get timely resolved.
